1. Information we process
No registration is required. We process submitted public podcast links, necessary connection information and temporary results to resolve links, protect the service and respond to feedback. We do not sell personal information, use advertising trackers or third-party visitor analytics, or train models on submissions.
2. Retention and security
Task records are cleared about two minutes after a terminal state. Public metadata is briefly cached in memory, generally with validity periods of two minutes to one hour. Expiry does not mean immediate physical erasure. We keep no long-term resolution history and do not host third-party audio.
The website uses HTTPS, and resolution information is processed on the server. The current browser tab stores only a temporary marker for interrupted resolution. Request access logging is disabled for the application and preview proxy, but infrastructure may still process or retain necessary connection records. No online service is absolutely secure. Do not submit passwords, access tokens or sensitive information.
3. External services
Resolution requests public information from source platforms. Your browser connects to external sources when loading artwork or saving audio. Hosting, DNS, email and Buy Me a Coffee services process necessary information under their own policies. We do not receive card details, but the support platform may provide a display name, message or contact information you choose to share.
4. Your choices and contact
You may manage browser storage and request access, correction or deletion of relevant personal information where applicable law provides. Correspondence and necessary support records are retained only as needed to handle matters or meet legal obligations.
