Xiaoyuzhou Downloader: Save Public Podcast Episode Audio
Copy a public Xiaoyuzhou episode web link, check the matching episode and open the available publisher audio. No account is needed on PodConverter.
Start with the right link
Copy the full episode web link
Open the specific episode and use Share to copy its full https://www.xiaoyuzhoufm.com/episode/… link. Paste only the URL, not the entire share message, a show page or an app-only address.
https://www.xiaoyuzhoufm.com/episode/…Resolve and confirm the episode
Paste the link into PodConverter and start resolving. Check the title, show and duration so you do not save a different episode. An unavailable public source is shown as a limitation, not a successful download.
Open or save the audio
Use Save audio when a source is available. The browser opens the original audio; its download menu, Save as or mobile Save to Files option may be needed. JSON/TXT export episode details only.
Does the tool download from my Xiaoyuzhou account?
No login, cookie or account token is required. The tool uses publicly available episode information and audio. It cannot unlock paid, private, encrypted or removed episodes.
Is the saved file always MP3?
The publisher decides the format. PodConverter preserves the source file and does not transcode it. An M4A source remains M4A, even if you rename its extension.
Why does Save audio open a player?
Playback or downloading depends on the browser and audio host response. Look for a download option in the player or use the browser’s Save as menu. On mobile, check the system share sheet. Saving is not guaranteed if the source restricts access.
What should I check after a failure?
Check that the link includes /episode/ and is complete. For temporary source failures, wait before retrying; repeated clicks do not bypass rate limits. Use the publisher’s official options if no public audio is available. Only save content you have rights to use. PodConverter is independent and is not affiliated with Xiaoyuzhou.
